Any brand of residential or multi family split systems.

**System must be in working conditions upon registration and on first inspection of equipment.**

Package roof top units do not qualify for this plan!

How does the plan work?

True Equipment Protection has three different options for coverage. Each option has a special set of benefits designed to save you hundreds!

Will there be any additional charge or hidden fees when service is needed?

Coverage is determined by plan selected. No hidden fees or additional charges will ever be incurred outside of the appropriate coverage. Should active plan previously selected by customer not cover a certain repair, customer will be made aware of options before any repair is completed.

What if my system is non repairable?

If our technicians deem your system non repairable, we will replace your equipment with appropriate tier determined by current active coverage.

What if I have multiple systems in my home?

Homes with multiple systems are required to pay an additional fee depending on what coverage is desired. Should homeowner only want coverage on one system, there will only be a single charge for desired equipment coverage.
